HCC Network will be offering FREE sports physicals again this year!
🚨 IMPORTANT: Middle School & High School are on SEPARATE days 🚨

📝 Sports physical packets are available now in both school offices. Students must pick one up and complete the first two pages with a parent/guardian BEFORE their appointment.
