8th Grade Students: Must have a Tdap and a Meningococcal vaccination.
12th Grade Students (Seniors): Must have a Meningococcal vaccination.
📅 Deadline: Friday, August 29 Students who do not have these required immunizations by the deadline will not be able to attend school or participate in athletics.
💉 The Ray County Health Department offers these vaccinations. Please note: appointments are required.

If your student needs a transportation change for the upcoming school year, all requests must be submitted by August 13th to ensure proper arrangements are made for the first day of school.
If you need to complete a new form, you may do so at any school building between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
