On November 12, Governor Parson announced updated guidance from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). Updates included the need for school districts to enact mask mandates for students and staff. New guidance also states individuals who are deemed exposed to COVID-19 during the K-12 academic school day can stay in school as long as they don’t show symptoms and are wearing a mask properly at all times. The Richmond School District will be following the updated guidelines starting November 13, 2020. Click on the link for the full statement. https://5il.co/n1wx
