Attention Parents: PowerSchool Maintenance Alert
We wanted to inform you that PowerSchool, our student information system, will be undergoing scheduled maintenance. As a result, PowerSchool will be temporarily unavailable starting today until Monday, May 13th.
During this maintenance period, you will not be able to access PowerSchool to view grades, attendance, or other student information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We anticipate that PowerSchool will be back online and fully operational by Monday. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our systems.

Spartan Alert: Parents, When picking your child up from Richmond Middle School please utilize the parking lots that are available for pickup on the north and south of the circle drive. Please refrain from picking up your child on the street as this impedes the flow of traffic. Thank you for working with us in regards to this issue.
Reminder: Summer school applications need to be turned in by May 3rd.
Attention Seniors and their parents! This is your last chance to get any additional scholarship information to your school counselor in order to be included in the awards ceremony next week. Again, if you have received any scholarships through your college, university, or another outside entity please communicate this information to your school counselor by Friday, May 3rd. Thank you!
Track districts this Saturday (5/4) will be in Plattsburg.
The Cheer Clinics and Tryouts have been rescheduled again. The Clinics will happen on May 13th, 14th, & 15th. Tryouts will happen on May 20th.
The Cheer Clinic scheduled for Monday, April 29th has been rescheduled. The new dates are 4/30, 5/1, and 5/3. Cheer tryouts will still happen on May 6th.
Today's Conference Track Meet in Holden has been postponed until Monday, 4/29.
Today's baseball game against Lathrop has been cancelled. Our next game will be at home on Tuesday, 4/30 against Mid-Buchanan. This will be our Senior Night and Fill-the-Hill game.

With the weather in the forecast, tomorrow's Richmond Spartan Invitational Golf Tournament has been cancelled. There will be no make up date.
🎉 Early Release Announcement! 🎉
We're delighted to announce that Friday, May 10th, we will be having an early release from school!
The school day will conclude at 12:55pm, allowing everyone to kick off their graduation weekend a little early.
Tonight's Baseball game and Tennis match in Carrollton have been postponed.
Today's (April 25) MS Track Meet and tomorrow's (April 26th) HS Tennis Tournament in Odessa have been cancelled. There will be no make up dates for either event.

The rescheduled middle school track meet in Carrollton will now start at 2pm today.
Today's athletic events have been postponed. Rescheduled dates are:
- Tennis vs. Odessa: Friday, April 19th
- Baseball @ Lexington: Friday, May 3rd
- MS Track @ Carrollton: TBD
Due to today's forecasted weather and wind advisory, the Boys Golf Tri with Higginsville and Lexington will be postponed to Friday, April 19th.
Seniors and Parents of Seniors! As we get closer to the end of the year, PLEASE remember to let your student's counselor know by May 1st of any scholarships or awards your child has received so we can celebrate them at Senior Award Night. If we don't know about it, we can't recognize them for their hard work and achievements. Thank you!
