If you are interested in making a change to your student’s learning format for the second semester, please complete a change form for your student’s school. The learning format chosen will be for the entire second semester, January 7-May 20, 2020. If you have multiple students, and/or students in multiple buildings, a form for each student must be completed. Forms need to be completed by November 13, 2020.
